With simplicity in mind, Ashbury wanted an easy-to-use telephone system, with few ‘bells and whistles’ allowing their team to operate as efficiently as possible. Simple calling plans, call controls (such as transferring, holding, forwarding, night mode etc) and flexibility for future changes and growth was a must.


Ashbury Blind’s also wanted to bring their communications under one roof, ensuring everything could be dealt with by one point of contact—keeping their account simple and easy to understand.
