Commercial Hot Water Solutions Ltd (CHWS) are a Bosch-recognised supplier of high-quality commercial and industrial hot water generators and storage vessels for use with Bosch boilers and water heaters.

Brief

Commercial Hot Water Solutions came to Bytes Digital looking to upgrade their existing telephone system. Over years of growth, CHWS found that their existing system had issues with glitchy calls, and wanted to migrate to a local supplier.

With a premises move on the horizon, CHWS needed a solution that fit with their current and future plans.

Our Solution

After reviewing the business needs, Bytes Digital recommended a hosted 3CX VoIP phone system that gave them all the features that they were looking for – a traditional desk phone, with the benefit of more modern technology.

The Bytes Digital team fully managed the migration and installation of CHWS's new 3CX telephone system. By deploying mobile apps ahead of the premises move, our team ensured minimal downtime throughout the 'chaos' of a premises move. Once CHWS were settled in their new premises, our engineers attended site to install the desk phones and WiFi equipment throughout the new office—with a number port swiftly following to keep everything under one roof and on one bill.

CHWS removed their previous telephone system, replacing it with the Bytes Digital hosted VoIP solution including:

  • Flawless call transferring between staff.
